This product is designed for oral ingestion.
Start with half a dropper of tonic — about 17mg CBD – and swish the oil around your tongue, cheeks and gums before swallowing.
As with any CBD product, see how you feel after about 15 minutes to an hour. (A full stomach may delay the effects, especially if you don't swish before swallowing.)
If you desire stronger relief or support, gradually raise your dosage over a day or so while observing your body's response.
Every body is unique: some people benefit from just a few drops, while others might increase to as much as 2-3 full droppers over a few days before their endocannabinoid system (ECS) begins responding.

CBD may temporarily decrease blood pressure, so if your blood pressure is already low, you may experience light-headedness.

How many drops is the suggested dose?
The suggested dose to start is a half dropper. Half the pipette full is 0.5ml (ca. 10-12 small drops)
The pipette has a gradation on it for easy measuring.
Does this product contain THC?
Our Wellness Tonic is made with hemp oil (not THC) + MCT coconut oil. Because of the high concentration of CBD in the product and our sensitive testing methods, you may see a very small amount of THC registered on the test results. This amount will be below the legal level of THC in a CBD product, without it being classified as marijuana (.3%).

Yes! It can be delivered throughout the U.S. and around the world, with a few exceptions.
Can the Tonic be mixed with juice or coffee?
While it's perfectly fine to mix it in with a beverage, we recommend dropping the Tonic into your mouth and swishing it around for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

As an avid Foria product user, I was not surprised about the quality and effects of this tincture. Based off the reviews, I purchased the orange flavored one and it is mild. Not sure how much of a difference the no flavored or mint make in the experience but overall orange was good. I immediately noticed the effects when using it for sleep, cramps or just wanted to zen out a little while feeling stressed. Already stocked up on this during the same. Will definitely be adding it to my Foria collection ☺️

Read the other posted reviews for tips and hints as to how you'd personally prefer to use the product. It is useful at bedtime, during the day, and even to begin your day. I keep one handy in my work station desk for use ad hoc, if a major storm begins to brew at work. You really can't go wrong, no matter which version you select.
