(Venice, California)

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Project Manager will coordinate operations for disparate business functions, with an initial focus on managing our existing digital brand team.  This role is full-time, based in Venice, California, reports directly to the co-CEO, and requires occasional travel.  In addition to salary commensurate with work experience, we believe in compensation based on performance and collectively sharing in the upside of the success we create together.  


The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with others, managing both people and processes, with a background in consumer products, ecommerce development, and marketing.  Due to the nature of some Foria products, the Project Manager needs to be comfortable discussing a variety of aspects of human sexuality and cannabis.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 years in a related management position, with marketing focus at B2B and/or B2C businesses with physical products with multi-channel distribution.
  • Event management experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required, college degree a plus.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish proficiency a plus.  
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic and be committed to getting the job done.  
  • Excellent computer skills and experience working with online work-flow and processing systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in an ever changing industry, where each day brings something new to the table.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Manage team of staff and contractors on initiatives including:
    • Production of marketing assets to include video and other content creation
    • Affiliate and influencer campaigns
    • New product development (including product testing)
    • Product launches
    • Web design
  • Manage order fulfillment in select markets
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure products are shipped, tracked, and received in accordance to expectations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting salary: $72,000
  • Medical insurance and 401k: A full complement of benefits will be available in 2018.
  • Flexible/remote work: Our focus is on productivity, not logging hours.  All staff are entrusted to work remotely on a regular basis, or from our beautiful, well-located Venice office.

Immediate opening: Remote Operations Manager (Boulder, Colorado)

 

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Remote Operations Manager will oversee the relationships with Foria’s sales teams, manufacturers, and distributors, both domestically and internationally.  The position is part operational, part business development, and includes the identification and support of licensees and manufacturing partners and has responsibility for executing retail sales channel development. This role is full-time, based in Boulder, Colorado, reports directly to the co-CEO, and requires 25%+ travel.  In addition to salary commensurate with work experience, we believe in compensation based on performance and collectively sharing in the upside of the success we create together.  

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with others, managing both people and processes, with a background in manufacturing, licensing, and business development. Due to the nature of some Foria products, the Remote Operations Manager needs to be comfortable discussing a variety of aspects of human sexuality and cannabis.

  • 6 years in a related management position, at B2B and/or B2C businesses with a variety of products with multi-channel distribution.
  • Demonstrable experience identifying and negotiating with licensees.
  • CPG and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required, college degree a plus.

  • Management of all aspects of current THC market operations
    • Oversight of 3rd party manufacturing partners and sales partners

  • Evaluate (and potentially activate) in-market retail channel opportunities
  • Analyze THC market development/transition/license opportunities
  • Management of e-commerce customer success team
  • Potential sales channel development for hemp business
