1. My oil is crystallizing, is this okay?
Due to the high levels of CBD in this pen, it's possible for some of the CBD to crystallize — appearing like clear shards clinging to the inside walls of the cartridge. You can still use the vaporizer, but we recommend two things:
Contact customer service to let them know. (We are tracking this in order to improve our next batch.)
Gently warm your cartridge (without the battery attached) by leaving it in a sunny window. This should warm the oil, and dissolve the CBD. Reattach to the battery and take a few puffs to redistribute the oil into the cartridge's heating element.

I liked the product itself, unfortunately it stopped working within two months. I called the customer service number, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. Drawing from the pen yields nothing and the light doesn't illuminate. I plug the pen into the charger and no light goes on to indicate it's charging; it flashes twice when removed from the charger.
