Gently warm your cartridge (without the battery attached) by leaving it in a sunny window or placing it in a waterproof baggie inside a mug of hot water. Doing this should warm the oil and dissolve the CBD. Once the tincture is flowing again, reattach it to the battery and take a few puffs to redistribute the oil into the cartridge's heating element.
