Step 5: Lift arm above your head. Use light sweeping motions from the elbow, down your arm, across your armpit, and towards your heart. Repeat on both sides.

I received the Intimacy Breast Oil with Organic Botanicals as a part of my 'Joy To The World' mega-size Wellness package bundle. I then gave it to a girlfriend (age 47) who had recently undergone a double small tissue removal (and biopsy) from her annual mammogram. The extensive breast tactical examination and tissue samples left her (one only tested) breast bruised, dark purple, sore, hyper-sensitive, and painful to the touch. She minimized any movement during healing by constantly wearing a heavy support bra (even whilst sleeping). After the sutures had healed, the bruising and soreness remained. The biopsies' returned negative for abnormal growth cells btw. Anyway...she began applying the Foria Breast Oil (topically daily) as part of her healing and wellness regime. She was very pleased with the healing effects and moisturizing qualities of this product (and she loved that it was organically synthesized from all natural derivatives as well). So...I hope this review will help any women who have had any type of breast tissue damage (however minor or major) wondering if they can use it to speed up their cellular tissue repair process). The oil is quick to absorb when applied topically, massaged into the skin, and has no artificial scents or ingredients included. Everyone's skin is different of course, but read the ingredients list and decide for yourself.
