My first experience with the melts were tremendous. The next two left a lot to be desired. Both batches crumbled out of the pack making it very difficult for my wife to use. This product costs too much for that type of quality. On top of that the customer service rep offered me only 25% to purchase the item again. Why would I pay for a costly product that’s defective?

They didn’t work, even tried doubling it. Also the site says 150mg of CBD per, but the package shows it only contains 140mg.
