How do I use Wellness Tonic?
Some people take Wellness Tonic once a day, others twice a day.
Take your preferred dose orally, or in beverages like smoothies or tea.
When taking orally, swish around your tongue, cheeks and gums for increased absorption before swallowing. This method delivers CBD directly to your bloodstream through capillaries — faster and more efficiently than through the digestive tract.
How much should I take?
Start with half a dropper — about 17mg CBD. A full dropper provides 34mg CBD. (The dropper is marked in 0.5ml increments, with 1ml in the full dropper.)
As with any CBD product, your first time using Tonic, see how you feel after about 15 minutes to an hour. (A full stomach may delay the effects, especially if you don't swish before swallowing.)
If you desire stronger relief or support, gradually raise your dosage over a day or so while observing your body's response.
Every body is unique: some people benefit from just a few drops, while others might increase to as much as 2-3 full droppers over a few days before their endocannabinoid system (ECS) begins responding.
Is there anything I should be aware of with Wellness Tonic?
If you have a medical condition or take pharmaceutical drugs, please consult your physician before use.
CBD may temporarily decrease blood pressure, so if your blood pressure is already low, you might experience light-headedness. Drowsiness and dry mouth may also occur for some people.
Keep out of reach of children.
Is Wellness Tonic Allergen-Free?
Avoid usage if you are allergic to hemp or coconut oil.
Coconut oil is considered a "tree nut" — though tree nut allergy doesn't always correlate with coconut allergy.
