Our mellö Magnesium Superblend is composed of Magnesium Lactate Gluconate, Magnesium Citrate (Aquamin), and Magnesium Bisglycinate.
Does mellö have an expiration date?
Our products have a 1 year shelf life. They don't necessarily go bad after that, but they can lose their potency.
Is mellö Gluten Free?
Our Mellö Magnesium does not contain gluten, however, it is processed in a facility that is not gluten free, so there is potential for cross contamination. It is not recommended for those with Celiac or gluten sensitivities.
Our Shuteye Chai is not gluten free due to the whole grain oat milk powder.
