Sacha Fossa has been a healer and educator in the holistic and wellness arts for over 2 decades. Her personal healing journey and body of work, evolved and continue to evolve, with the intimate and erotic arts. As primary pathways for real sexual, and overall, awakening, embodiment and empowerment, Sacha provides custom designed programs for her clients to create and experience their best sex & love lives yet —partnered or not, in and out of the bedroom by choosing pleasure as a way of life and as a pathway for more consciousness!
How did you get into this world?
I have a master’s degree in Health Arts and Sciences, and I’ve been studying the intimate, erotic, and holistic healing wellness arts for 25 years — both personally and professionally. It’s been my full-time passion and calling. It’s what I do, it’s who I am. I live and breathe it. It’s also been my path to healing.
My passion is to help others “hack” that journey — so it doesn’t have to take as long as it did for me to turn things around.
I work one-on-one with individuals, couples, and relationships of all structures. I love to custom design programs that help people get from where they are now to where they truly want to be. No matter their age or life context, we co-create a healing and wellness journey — one that builds, from the ground up, their best sex and love life. And if they’re already experiencing that, I help them go even deeper. There’s always more to explore here when you really dive into it.
I love that there’s always more to be had here, because so many people hit plateaus — especially in long-term relationships — when it comes to sexuality, pleasure, and excitement. We live in a society, at least in the U.S., where sexual exploration isn’t seen as a normal part of personal growth.
That’s where I come in — to help individuals and couples find that sense of wholeness and remember that erotic energy is truly infinite.
Everything I offer comes from a holistic foundation — integrating all the healing and wellness training I’ve received. It’s about building your best intimacy, sex, and love life. And you don’t have to be partnered for this work to be transformative.
My motto is “choose pleasure as a way of life.” When I say “more,” yes — it can be the fun, hedonistic kind of more — but it’s also about more consciousness, more evolution. It’s new neural pathways, it’s nervous system rewiring, it’s the body healing and regenerating through sexual energy.
What you shared really speaks to sex and love as a spiritual, devotional practice — a path to love. I also want to circle back to something I think many listeners will relate to: most of us come to this work because of some kind of wound or pain.
Yes, exactly. At some point, many of us have been scared, hurt, or shut down. Our bodies protect us. I try to de-center the word “trauma,” because people often think it means a singular event. But sometimes, we can’t even name what happened — we just know protective mechanisms came online. We armor up so much, we can barely move — even in our faces.
Let’s talk about the Erotic Blueprints and Jaiya’s work. You’re a trained coach in this system — can you share what it is and how it transforms couples?
Absolutely. Many people have heard of the Love Languages — the work of Gary Chapman. That’s a great foundation. Learn yours. Learn your partner’s. Take the quizzes, read the book. It immediately opens up new levels of understanding and healing in all types of relationships.
Once we’ve got that base, we layer in the Erotic Blueprints — developed by Jaiya, a world-renowned sexologist. A great way to get introduced is through the Netflix series Sex, Love & Goop — Jaiya’s work is featured in several sessions. I offer pretty much everything shown in that series — except for Episode 5 — because I also teach tantra, relationship coaching, and other somatic modalities.
You can also read her book or take the Erotic Blueprints quiz via my website. Please use my link — I’m an affiliate and I pay monthly to license Jaiya’s work, so when you take the quiz or make purchases through me, I receive compensation. It’s part of creating a sustainable business model for this work.
What are the 5 Erotic Blueprints?
If Love Languages are about how you give and receive love, the Erotic Blueprints are about how you’re wired erotically — and how your partner is too.
The five Blueprints are:
-
Energetic
- Sensual
- Sexual
- Kinky
- Shapeshifter (a mix of all of them)
Each has gifts — and shadows. Knowing your Blueprint helps you understand your arousal patterns, and also the blocks or challenges that might show up — both in your own body and with your partner(s).
My gift is being able to read people’s Blueprints pretty quickly — just through conversation, energy, and visual cues. I could tell immediately you had sensual and energetic qualities — and probably sexual too, or you wouldn’t be in this field.
Yes! I’ve taken the quiz — I’m a Shapeshifter.
That makes total sense. Shapeshifters are all about more. Many of my clients start strongly in one or two Blueprints and have very little connection to the others — and that’s totally okay. I guide them into expansion.
You don’t have to become a Shapeshifter — but learning to be fluent across all Blueprints opens up so much pleasure. And of course, Shapeshifter itself is one of the Blueprints.
I really love the transparency here too. Like that feels so good to my body.
I work with clients virtually and in person — and yes, you can go incredibly deep virtually. We do energy work, embodiment practices, even real-time sex coaching. Some clients never take off a single item of clothing. Others dive all in. It’s entirely based on what’s right for them.
And yes — we use games. Erotic games are at the heart of so much of what I do. They make exploration safe, playful, and profound.
Let’s talk about something new — sacred spot massage. What is it? I know it’s best to work with a trained practitioner, but what if someone wants to try it with their partner?
Sacred spot massage originates in the neo-Tantric movement, though there's evidence of it in ancient cultures — because of course, people have always touched and explored their bodies. There isn’t one person who "invented" it.
There are sacred spot massage techniques for all bodies. For those with prostates, the sacred spot is accessed anally. For those with vulvas, it's often referred to as the G-spot. I actually wrote my 400-page master’s thesis on this and interviewed eleven prominent Tantra teachers, practitioners, and recipients. If I rewrote it now, I would include the work of Deborah Sundahl. She passed about a year ago, but her book on the G-spot and female ejaculation is a must-read.
Deborah showed that women have a fully functioning prostate. If anyone wants to see her presentation, I’m happy to share it — just contact me through my site.
How is sacred spot massage different from dearmoring?
Great question. It’s definitely a form of dearmoring. But in Tantra, it’s gentler. Dearmoring often has a goal: to break through blockages. With sacred spot massage, we approach the body with curiosity — let’s just see what wants to emerge. It includes full-body massage and is often less edgy because there’s no agenda. It’s about helping the body feel safe enough to let go. These tissues store so much. It’s deep work.
Solo sex is such a healing path. It helps people reconnect with their desires. But a lot of people say they feel bored during solo sex — they just want to get it over with. They’re used to a partner evoking something in them. What do you say to that?
That’s exactly why they need to work with me — I promise your solo sex will never be boring again.
This is how I’ve healed myself. If I had relied on someone else, I never would’ve learned to have cervical orgasms or go deep in the ways I can now. Cervical orgasms are, in my opinion, third-level sexuality. They’re a whole-body experience.
Solo practice is the key. Every body is magnificently orgasmic. Even those who can’t move their bodies can experience energetic orgasms. It’s our birthright. And the more we learn, the better lovers we become — because now we can teach and share that with a partner.
So many women and female-bodied folks we work with at Foria say they can have one clitoral orgasm — and then they’re tapped out. And when I share about my own capacity-building journey, people are shocked. What did your capacity look like early on?
I was clitoral only — “clitorate,” as I like to say. I mostly used sex to feel cared for, or seen. I was raped early on, and that created both emotional and physical challenges.
My healing began when I learned to give myself sacred spot massage with my fingers and healing tools. Then I introduced a cervical wand. Using it for gentle acupressure, I helped my cervix release trauma. It slowly relaxed, opened, and awakened.
That’s what changed everything. With the right partner, I could then experience my cervix kissing the tip of their cock — with openness and deep connection. So many women feel pain during penetration. But healing starts by being willing to go deep into your own body and learn.
Do you have your clients use Foria products?
I do! But I start them without anything that adds extra stimulation. First, we need to establish their baseline. Then, once they have awareness, we layer in products.
I love The Pleasure Set — and I list Foria on my website as an affiliate. You can start with an Intimacy Melt to increase arousal and engorgement, then add Awaken, and finally the Sex Oil.
The products are excellent. I’m a wellness geek — I’ve tried everything. I used organic coconut oil for 20 years. The fact that Foria combines that with CBD? Genius. It’s simple, clean, and my body loves it.
Where can people find you?
My website — sacredtemplearts.com. That’s the best place. I offer complimentary intro calls. You can take the Erotic Blueprint quiz, explore my recommended products, and even schedule a single session if you’re not ready to commit to a full program. I work with individuals and couples, virtually and in person.
And where are you based for in-person sessions?
Newburyport, Massachusetts — a beautiful coastal town just below New Hampshire. Many clients come here for destination healing retreats.
