Directions

This soothing salve unites powerful plant remedies long revered for topical relief, with plant oils to hydrate dry or irritated skin. Rub a generous amount anywhere that muscles and joints are tense, fatigued, or sore. The botanicals soothe inflammation, encourage blood flow and help to release tension.

Heat will improve CBD's absorption and efficacy. Consider applying a heating pad or hot washcloth, or taking a hot bath, before using.

Not for consumption or genital application.

For the best freshness and texture, keep your jar closed and cool when not in use. If separation occurs, stir until blended, then refrigerate.

Menstrual Use

Our Relief Salve was designed to help ease the discomfort of tense muscles – including from menstrual cramps and other pelvic pain. Apply to your belly and/or lower back (depending on where you feel your cramps most noticeably) and rub gently – or ask someone else to rub gently!

And for additional support, consider pairing Relief Salve with our Relief Suppositories with CBD.

Allergies?

Avoid use if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients listed below.

Organic MCT Coconut Oil, Botanical Infusions (Organically-Grown Kava Root, Organic St. John's Wort, Organic Ginger), Organic Beeswax, Organic Castor Oil, Full-Spectrum Extract from USDA Organic-Certified Regeneratively-Grown Hemp (0.3% THC or less), Organic Essential Oils (Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Ginger)

If you’re not sure, we recommend doing a patch test. Clean a patch of skin that will remain relatively undisturbed for a day or so – the inside of your elbow may be a good choice. Apply a small amount of Relief Salve, cover with an adhesive bandage, and wait for 24 hours. If you experience pain, burning or itching, discontinue use and consult a physician. And you can contact us anytime at [email protected], or just click here.

Pregnant, Nursing, or Other Health Concerns?

CBD’s effects on a developing fetus or baby are currently unclear. Always consult your physician before beginning any new regimen, especially when pregnant or breastfeeding.
