Foria is seeking an E-Commerce Associate Manager. This role is based in LA and will report to the Director of Ecommerce.. We work and play in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-growth environment and we’re looking for a passionate & seasoned Associate Manager to join our team. 

Primary responsibilities:


  • Lead day-to-day new product launch execution across e-comm touchpoints, including: 
    • Product page setup & QA
    • Sourcing and publishing of product page ratings & reviews
    • Post purchase email touchpoints
    • Merchandising on appropriate product listing pages
    • Wholesale SKU setup
    • Unbounce landing pages
  • Perform daily site maintenance, merchandising, and quality assurance of the site 
  • Own and manage miscellaneous projects as needed
  • Serves as a liaison to Customer Care, Operations, and development agency to drive alignment, results, and accountability. Deep-dives into customer care tickets and finds a solution, communicating back to CC team
  • Make site enhancement recommendations to improve user experience and optimize performance
  • Utilize web analytics tools to develop data-driven sales and content strategies
  • Management of promotions, including: 
    • Auditing promo codes used to ensure AOV is strong
    • Creation of promo codes
    • Managing the promo code calendar with internal and external partners
    • On-site deployment of promo-related messaging (site-wide banner, homepage, GWP setup, cart-related upsell messaging)
  • Manage on site pop ups with agency. Working closely with agency on tactical execution & testing of lead capture
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape to share insights & recommend updates / improvements to further support Foria’s objectives
  • Daily channel tracking; populate weekly, monthly, and/or ad-hoc reports

Marketing with Heavy Focus on Email

  • Create, monitor, and test paid search & social landing pages
  • Set up, scheduling, and deploying all campaign emails 
    • Working as primary POC with Retention Labs to build out a holistic campaign email strategy and execute/test against
  • Track email performance, highlighting weekly / monthly insights to guide content roadmap
  • Primary point of contact for agencies, including email marketing agency & email acquisition agency
  • Manage SMS marketing calendar and working with agency to execute
  • Promo and product-specific email briefing
  • Admin
    • Tracking invoices and budgets associated with each site and marketing vendor
    • Keeping track in a detailed flowchart how we’re pacing

What you bring to Foria: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an ecomm operations / marketing role; beauty, health, wellness or lifestyle experience preferred
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing, retention marketing, and e-commerce
  • Self-starter used to working independently yet enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and enjoys exploring the digital/tech/eCommerce space
  • Must have Shopify and Klaviyo experience (will consider other email platforms)
  • Experience managing emails from planning, to creative briefing, through execution in an ESP
  • Experience developing automation flows, with a full understanding of how to setup triggered email workflows within ESP
  • Data-driven mindset. Experience using Google Analytics to identify patterns, trends, and insights through data and actioning off of the insights
  • Prior knowledge and/or interest in learning HTML a plus
  • Passionate, and excited about the sexual wellness space
