1. My oil is crystallizing, is this okay?
Due to the high levels of CBD in this pen, it's possible for some of the CBD to crystallize — appearing like clear shards clinging to the inside walls of the cartridge. You can still use the vaporizer, but we recommend two things:
Contact customer service to let them know. (We are tracking this in order to improve our next batch.)
Gently warm your cartridge (without the battery attached) by leaving it in a sunny window. This should warm the oil, and dissolve the CBD. Reattach to the battery and take a few puffs to redistribute the oil into the cartridge's heating element.

I can across Foria a while back for the Intimacy Lube and the CBD suppositories but then I got her the Vape Pen and man oh man, she has loved it! She says it does help with relaxation and eases her mind when she gets off work. She’ll take a few long puffs when she gets out the hot shower and that seems to have a better feeling of relaxation before she goes to bed. She feels as if she falls asleep quicker and stays asleep. Neck pain has eased up a LITTLE bit, but everything else has been great with it! United StatesI’ve tried cbd gummies they worked well but I didn’t like all the extra sugar. So I figured I would try the vape pen, I added it to my purchase of The Quickie Kit. The vape pen did nothing for me, no calming, no help with intimacy.

United StatesMy Experience: I have a full-time virtual internship and currently have a full semester with 15 cr.... This has been my life for the past year and this product has helped tremendously. The smell is so so pleasant and it's so easy to use. After I use this, I feel way more calm and relaxed. CBD has seriously helped me stay emotionally stable and keep me calmer during all my stress and anxiety. My boyfriend loves it too. He couldn't help himself when using it and he said he thinks it makes him feel calmer too. SOOO I placed an order for round 2 and the second cartridge arrived in a very crystallized state...but I fixed it!! Placing it near a window for 2 days did not help... like it has to be seriously warm/hot outside for that to work in my opinion. What ended up working for me is placing it between myself and my heating pad XD within 20 minutes or so, the whole cartridge looked perfect.
United StatesThis is my second order and I am having issues with crystallization in the carriages. I tried every method suggested to dissolve the crystals, but nothing works. I'm placing another order because I love the product. I hope these issues are worked out soon.

This should warm the oil, and dissolve the CBD. Once it is flowing again, reattach to the battery and take a few puffs to redistribute the oil into the cartridge's heating element.
